Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchange Policy

We offer replacements or exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, BirlaCart will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost where applicable.

For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
